All orders require a deposit to hold your spot and all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once you make a deposit, we will give you an approximate date for pick-up or delivery. Final price comes to $10/lb of meat and varies from animal to animal. Once we have the weight, we will send an invoice with the remaining balance.

You will need to fill out a cut sheet when your order is submitted. You can choose how many steaks per package, whether you want roasts and ribs, and any other extras you would like to add. Once your meat is ready, you can pick it up in Fredonia or Orderville, or we can schedule a delivery. Delivery is available from Las Vegas to Richfield.
