You will get 95 pounds of tender, juicy beef for your freezer. 

 The final amount due ($1,125) is payable when you get the invoice that your beef is ready. That will be the beginning of July 2025.  Your price includes it all:   the Beef, the packaging,  the delivery,  and Bonuses too!!! 

Your beef will be available for delivery in July Through September 2025.

 With our State inspected, award-winning butcher, your all-natural beef is dry-aged 21 days,  vacuum sealed, and handled with care by a family we have worked with for over 5 years.

Your share will be 95 lbs packaged beef ready for your freezer and be approximately: 

30 % Tri-tip, chuck and shoulder roasts, brisket, stew meat, round steak, and skirt steak.

25% Premium steaks like Rib Eye, New York, Tenderloin, Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, Flat Iron, Flank or Delmonico Steaks.

    Our Home base is in Kanab, Utah but our cows graze anywhere between Lake Powell and Bryce Canyon National Park

    Yes, if your freezer is big enough ;)

    Our cows graze on dessert range lands for 11 months of the year. For the month of May, the cows are brought on hay for a month while we allow summer grasses to grow.  Our beef are brought in at weaning and fed high quality rations for the best flavor.

    We currently deliver to Utah and the Vegas area with limited shipping to neighboring states.

    Beef will be available July-October. We will let you know a month in advance when to expect your beef.
